We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a return or exchange. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Once you contact our support team, we will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup if applicable. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your replacement or refund according to our policy. Refunds, if approved, will be issued back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to customer handling. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfume bottles cannot be returned or exchanged.
